1About These Terms

These Business Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all purchases, service engagements, and payment transactions conducted through Tekora, operated by Avanzo Tech (Pvt) Ltd, including all payments processed via PayHere.

By placing an order or making a payment, the customer ("you" or "the Client") agrees to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any purchase.

2Acceptance of Terms

Accessing our products or services, or initiating any payment, constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Avanzo Tech (Pvt) Ltd.

If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3Products & Services

Tekora (Avanzo Tech Pvt Ltd) offers the following:

  • Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems – hardware, software, and integrated POS solutions for retail and hospitality businesses.
  • Managed IT Services – remote monitoring, IT support, helpdesk, and infrastructure management.
  • Cybersecurity Services – threat monitoring, endpoint protection, and security assessments.
  • Network & Connectivity Solutions – structured cabling, wireless networks, and telecom services.
  • Software Subscriptions – SaaS tools, licensing, and platform access.
  • Professional Services – installation, configuration, training, and technology consulting.
All products and services are subject to availability. Tekora reserves the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product or service without prior notice.

4POS Systems

Tekora's POS systems are available in the following purchase configurations:

Customization & Configuration

POS systems may be configured to the Client's specific business requirements prior to delivery. Customized systems are non-returnable once configured, except in the case of a manufacturer defect or DOA condition.

5Pricing & Payment

5.1 Currency & Pricing

All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Payment Methods

5.3 Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of purchase for standard orders. For enterprise and managed service clients, invoices are issued monthly in advance and due within 14 calendar days of the invoice date.

All online payments are processed securely through PayHere, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Avanzo Tech (Pvt) Ltd does not store cardholder data on its own systems.

6Orders & Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Hardware deliveries are made to the address provided at the time of order. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Client upon delivery.

7Subscriptions & Service Contracts

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.
  • Cancellation requires 30 days written notice prior to the next renewal date.
  • Managed service agreements carry a minimum 12-month term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Early termination may result in an Early Termination Fee (ETF).

8After-Sales Support

After-sales support is included with all POS system purchases at no additional cost, covering software troubleshooting, system configuration, hardware fault diagnosis, and general usage guidance.

9Intellectual Property

All software, platforms, documentation, branding, and proprietary technology provided by Tekora remain the exclusive intellectual property of Avanzo Tech (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, Avanzo Tech (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by that Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Privacy & Data

Avanzo Tech (Pvt) Ltd collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Sri Lankan data protection legislation. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
